Historically most efficient communication way in the beginning of the 21-century. Soon replaced by much more safe, quick versatile methods. It transvered much more information by picutre, text
och voice than homing pigeons, messangers, horse-mail, telegraph etc but because of its usage a lot
of people lost their work. Hated by the dictators because its difficalt to control.
Unniversaly applied also as amusmeny did not replace satisfaction from regular sexual intercoures for most
people.

Mr. Bell:

Less than 100 years from when you had the first transcontinental telephone conversation, the processes you developed of transferring sounds by the telephone and the photophone have been developed to the point where we can now transfer large amounts of information through sound and light. This has been combined with machines, called computers, that were developed using concepts of magnetic fields to store information, similar to some of your research.

This has led to the ability transfer information about anything, even entire libraries, instantaneously from one person to anyone throughout the globe who wishes to listen to them or read what they are sending. People are sharing music, news, literature, photographs, and expressing their opinions throughout the world in the blink of an eye.

Unfortunately, how do most people use this wonderful technology? By telling complete strangers what they ate for breakfast.
